• Please allow at least a 2 to 4 week turnaround on all portraits. If you require photos return in a quicker time frame please add an additional $25.00 your portrait order.

• All Packages require a $25 deposit. This deposit is to secure your date.  In the past I have lost money due to last minute cancellations and other clients could have had their session time.  For this reason I now require a deposit, which is non-refundable.

• ​

• I only shoot in the Birmingham area at various locations throughout the city.  Some of the locations I frequently shoot my sessions are: Linn Park, Ross Bridge Walking Trail, Railroad Park, Historic Morris Avenue, Old Town Helena, Botanical  Gardens (Birmingham).  If you request a specific area make sure its photographer friendly and easy accessible  without requiring any additional fees.

• I do however travel only to the Selma and Montgomery areas for sessions. I require an additional travelers' fee for  $25.00 in addition to the session price.

• If you cancel your session, please do 24 hours before your scheduled session. Keep in mind that your deposit will not be refunded but used towards another rescheduled session.  It is your responsibility as the client to reschedule your session within 2 weeks of the cancelled session date.

• When dressing for your session, it is best to keep clothing simple, avoiding logos or busy patterns. Layers and/or textures are nice. In group photos, color coordinating is always more pleasing to the eye. Wear clothes that bright and eye catching and that represent you and who you are as well as your family.  Pinterest is another awesome too for ideas of what to wear for your session!

• In case of bad weather I will always allow the client a day to reschedule if it is available,  there is no fee to reschedule to a new date if it’s raining or overcast. In Alabama, our weather is very unpredictable and changes very quickly, so I typically wait to call off a session until that morning (or the night before sunrise sessions). Sunshine is a huge component of my style of photography, and it’s definitely worth waiting for a beautiful day!
